We do. If you have a dental emergency please call us on 01784 454 899, and we’ll do our absolute best to see emergency patients on the same day. If you have a dental emergency outside of our practice opening hours, please listen to the recorded message for the emergency dentist’s contact number.

Yes, we do. For new patients who aren’t able to make it into the practice, we offer a free initial remote consultation. Before this appointment, we’ll send you a checklist of your oral health habits to fill in and return via email, along with some photos of your teeth and gums. The dentist will then review this information and make a video recording with initial feedback based on the information provided.
Your appointment cost will depend on the treatment, but a new patient consultation costs £128. This is so we can get to know you and your dental needs, and includes a thorough exam of your teeth and gums, a full oral digital scan, and intra-oral photos.
Yes! We want all our patients to access the dental care they need without worrying about the financial burden, so we have our own membership plan, which is an easy and affordable way to spread the cost of essential, preventive dental care. We also offer interest-free finance to help you budget for treatments over £500 (subject to acceptance). Our patients find this an easy, cost-effective monthly payment option that makes their treatment more affordable. We also provide low-interest alternatives for longer periods. It’s commonly recommended that people have a dental check-up every six to 12 months. This allows us to monitor your oral health over time and make sure that we catch any minor issues before they turn into major (and expensive) ones.
Yes, you can. All our dentists are experienced and provide an extremely high standard of care, but if there’s a particular person or gender you’d prefer, our team will do our best to make sure your needs are met (and exceeded).
A dental hygiene appointment is great for keeping your gums healthy and giving your teeth a thorough, deep clean. Our dental hygienist will assess the health of your gums and check for plaque build-up and gum disease, and usually carry out a deep clean and scale to remove plaque, and end the appointment with a polish.

Invisalign treatment starts from £1,985. An initial new patient enquiry for Invisalign costs £128, or you have the option of a free initial virtual consultation, after which you’ll need to attend a new patient consultation.
