Your new patient exam — £97. A full clinical examination of your teeth and gums, X-rays and digital photographs, an oral cancer screening, and a proper conversation about your dental history and any concerns you have. You’ll leave with a clear, personalised treatment plan and no pressure to proceed with anything.
Your children’s exams — free. A gentle 15-minute check-up for each child, free of charge — up to two children aged 11 or under per paying adult. We check their teeth, gums and bite, look at how their adult teeth are coming through, and give them straightforward advice on brushing — in language they’ll actually listen to.
No catch, no obligation, and no pressure to sign up to anything afterwards.
A child’s first dental visit sets the tone for the rest of their life, and we take that seriously. There’s no rush, no lectures, and absolutely no judgement — about how long it’s been, about sugar, about anything.
We let children look at the tools, sit in the chair, and go at their own pace. If they’d rather sit on your lap for the first visit, that’s completely fine. If they need to just have a look around and come back another day, that’s fine too. The only thing that matters at this age is that they leave without being frightened.

No — and we’d rather be straight with you about that. £97 is our standard new patient examination fee. The offer is your children’s exams, which are free. What you’re getting is a thorough, unhurried appointment for yourself and complimentary check-ups for your children on top.
They’ll be seen on the same visit, but not in the same room at the same time. Adult new patient examinations are long and detailed appointments, and each child’s exam is a separate 15-minute appointment scheduled around yours. We’ll arrange the timings when you book so you’re only making one trip.
It’s helpful if you can, so there’s someone with your children while you’re having your own examination — but it isn’t essential. Tell us when you book and we’ll arrange the appointment times to suit. We do this all the time and we’ll make it work.

Never. Life gets busy and dental appointments slip — it’s the single most common thing we hear. There is no lecture waiting for you here. We’ll simply have a look, tell you honestly where things stand, and help you get back on track.
Yes — we regularly see families from Shepperton, Sunbury-on-Thames, Ashford, Chertsey, Egham, and across Surrey. Our practice is on Thorpe Road in Staines-Upon-Thames, with parking nearby.
Yes. Many families join our Dental Health Plan after their first visit. Plans start from £27.50 per month and include two examinations, two hygiene treatments, and all necessary X-rays each year — which makes keeping the whole family on track much simpler.
*Free children’s dental examinations are for children aged 11 and under, and are limited to a maximum of two children per paying adult. Each child’s examination is a 15-minute appointment, scheduled around your own. The adult new patient examination is charged at our standard fee of £97.
