Your first appointment lasts 45 minutes — significantly longer than the industry standard. We carry out a thorough clinical examination of your teeth and gums, take X-rays and digital photographs, perform an oral cancer screening, and discuss your dental history and any concerns you have. You’ll leave with a full, personalised treatment plan and a clear picture of your oral health.
45 minutes. We deliberately allocate extended time for new patients because a proper assessment can’t be rushed. James takes the time to listen to you, carry out a thorough examination, and answer any questions you have — without either of you feeling hurried.
Yes — the discounted new patient exam with James is a May 2026 offer. The standard new patient examination fee is £97. If you’d like to take advantage of this, we’d recommend booking soon as James’s availability is limited throughout the month.
